AFS 1994:48, Paragraph 8. In order
to certify that a machine or a safety component conforms to
the provisions of these regulations, a declaration of conformity
in accordance with Appendix 2, Section A, and Appendix 2, Section
C must be issued for every machine or safety component manufactured.
A machine must also carry CE marking in accordance with
Appendix 3.
